What is your store return policy?

We will accept returns for unworn merchandise in the original box/packaging and with the original tags. Pointe shoes cannot be returned if ribbons, elastic, or any alterations have been made to the shoe. Clearance items and special orders are a final sale.

Do you ship?

Yes, we can ship what you need directly to you. Price varies on weight and location of items being shipped. Call for more details

Who covers return shipping cost?

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping charges.

How long does it usually take to receive an out of stock or special order item?

Depending on the item needed and if the manufacturer has it in stock, the turn around time for us to receive your order request is approximately 7-10 business days. If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, it will depend on when they will have it available again.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Cash, Checks with proper ID, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be used for in store purchases only.

How often do you get new products?

We receive new products weekly. Check out our Facebook and Instagram pages for new leotards and accessories.

Do you sew ribbon and elastics?

Yes! Only at our Charleston location. Once the shoes have been approved by your instructor we will sew them for $10.

When will my order be shipped out?

If orders are placed and pay for in full before 2pm they will ship out same day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship out the next business day, either by UPS or USPS. Depends on availability of stock as well.

What do I need to know about a Pointe Shoe fitting?

  • Please arrive one hour before store closing if you need a full pointe shoe fitting.

  • Fittings can take up to one hour for first-time pointe students.

  • New students MUST have the approval of your ballet instructor beforehand.

  • Consult with your teacher about specific suggestions on brands

  • Bring old pointe shoes if you can, current toe pads, and any accessories you wear inside your shoes.

  • Make sure toenails are trimmed and feet are clean.

  • Have teacher approve your new pointe shoes before sewing on ribbons and elastics. Shoes may not be returned once they have been sewn.

How much do Pointe Shoe cost?

Average total cost for first-time pointe shoes student is around $100. Student will need ribbon, elastic, toe pads, and shoes.

Do I have to schedule an appointment to get fitted for Pointe Shoe?

Appointments for pointe shoe fittings are not needed in our Columbia store. We just ask that you try to arrive at least an hour before we close if it is a first time pointe shoe fitting, or you think you may need to try various shoes.

In our Charleston store, it is not required to make an appointment for a pointe shoe fitting but it is recommended so that we can be sure to schedule enough staff that are available to work exclusively with your student.

Studios and teachers are welcome to call either store to schedule a group fitting.
